Paintings: TRESHOLDS
"Thresholds" explores our attraction to risk and what happens when control disappears. Through water and landscape, the work traces the negotiation of moving with forces that have their own agency—toward moments when boundaries dissolve, orientation is lost, and awareness shifts.

Paintings: SHADOW WORDS
In Shadow Words, folded pieces of paper suggest fragments of anonymous text, while the shadows they cast become the real subject. The shadows evoke thoughts, desires and imagined possibilities—things that are present for a moment, then shift and disappear. This interplay of language, image and material, explores the fragile territory between inner experience and the world around us.

Paintings: LANDSCAPES
These landscapes explore what happens when human presence meets the forces of water, time, and decay. Bridges, abandoned spaces, and water worlds become places to consider scale, impermanence, surrender, and our place within forces larger than ourselves.

Collage: THE STATE OF THINGS
These collages combine my photographs taken on a glacier in Patagonia with cut-out images from National Geographic. Playing with scale and humour, the work brings together water, ice, deep time, and decay to consider a shifting climate and how we feel about the changing world around us.

Collages: FEILD NOTES
These collages pair cut-out National Geographic images with fragments of text to create tension and dissonance. If my paintings ask what happens when we surrender control to water and landscape, these collages turn inward, asking how curiosity, adventure, risk, and struggle test our resilience and shape our inner worlds.
